Brew Time: 2-3 Minutes
Grind: Medium to Fine Setting
1. Weight out 33 grams of coffee beans for a 16 oz cup of coffee and grind medium to fine.
2. Insert filter into the Hario cone and lightly rinse filter with hot water.
3. Discard water following rinse and fill filter with ground coffee, gently shaking to even grounds inside the filter.
4. Pour about 50 grams of water in circular motion, wetting all grounds and allow coffee to "bloom" for 45 seconds.
5. Following the bloom, continue to gently pour water in a circular stream, saturating all grounds.
6. Let the filter drip out until the stream slows to an occasional drip.
